Intensions and Objectives

Welcome to “The Green Lynx”. The BEF Group set up this website in order to increase and facilitate international contacts among NGOs, stakeholders, municipalities, project partners or anyone else interested in environmental topics. Our idea is to provide a forum for international exchange of knowledge, ideas and opinions on various environmental policies, projects or new developments. The success of this blog depends upon your participation.

These User Participation Rules (“Rules”) describe the proper kinds of conduct and prohibited uses of your website Account and related features available to you as an active Account holder. These Rules are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to modify these Rules at any time, effective upon posting. We will inform you about modifications on these Rules.

By accessing your Account and using our web blog as platform for providing information and policy positions to the public, you agree to abide by these Rules as modified from time to time. 2. Your General Responsibilities

The Web blog features people, stakeholders and NGOs to share their views and information about project contents, their results and outputs, as well as information about their policy opinion. We cannot and do not warrant, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or integrity of information that you may access. You understand that you shall remain solely liable for any and all information, text, images, photographs, graphics, e-mail addresses, Web pages, reviews, postings, and other materials (“User Content”) that you upload, download, or transmit to our web blog.

What Not to Do - prohibited content and activities

Our Service may be used only for lawful purposes. We do not screen, monitor, review, or edit the User Content posted by you and other users on the website. However, we have the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to modify, refuse or remove any User Content, in whole or in part, that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful, undesirable, inappropriate, or inaccurate. Any article/review/posting in violation of these guidelines might not be posted or could be removed from the website at any time.

  • some kind of output or result from environmental projects
  • an opinion of your organization towards environmental issues
  • the description of an action or initiative on environmental topics or on capacity building in an environment related framework.
  • an assay about local, regional, national or international developments on environmental policies
